Collection: Black tea
Black or Red tea comes from the plant: Camellia Sinensis
Black tea involves the following four basic steps: flanging the leaves, kneading, fermenting (fermenting) and drying (firing).
Tips for making a perfect cup of tea:
The best results are achieved with spring water, which allows the tea to infuse longer and releases more beneficial substances.
- Temperature for black tea: 100°
- Infusion: 3 to 5 minutes
- The Ideal Tea Pot really exists: nothing is better and simpler than placing loose tea in the pot, tea needs space to release its vitamins. The lid with sieve and rubber ensure that pure tea ends up in your tea glass when you pour it. Easy to maintain (see also teapots).
