Dandelion root

Dandelion herb has a bile-enhancing and bile-driving effect. This allows the liver to digest food better. Fats in particular can be better digested if you eat dandelion leaves or roots. Pour 2 teaspoons of dandelion herb with a cup of boiling water, let it steep for 15 minutes, drink a cup in the morning and in the evening for 4 to 6 weeks

The effect of the root is stronger than the leaf. In addition, it is an antilithic, which means that it prevents the formation of gallstones. It is used as a medicine against the following liver diseases

• Amount: 2 - 4 grams per cup and 12 - 24 grams per liter
• Degrees: 90 to 100 degrees
• Steeping time: 13 to 18 minutes
